Our client, a well-established independent dealership in Derby, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team.

 This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to be part of a busy, modern workshop within a reputable used car dealership, offering stability, career progression, and a supportive working environment.

Carrying out general vehicle servicing and maintenance
Completing MOT tests for qualified technicians
Road testing and ramp testing vehicles to ensure optimal operation
Performing repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and approved methods
Ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed and maintained
Supporting the workshop team in maintaining high standards of vehicle health and safetyRequirements of this Vehicle Technician role:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent)
MOT licence preferred but not essential
Previous experience working within a workshop or fast-fit environment
Full UK driving licence
Own tools necessary for the role
