A reputable and well-established vehicle service centre based in Coventry is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their experienced workshop team. Role Overview

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem solving, and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a range of vehicles including but not limited to clutch and gearbox replacements, timing belt and chain replacements.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.
Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure all work meets industry safety standards.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain productivity and high service standards.
About You

We're looking for a reliable and skilled technician who is passionate about vehicle maintenance and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
Own tools required to carry out day-to-day workshop tasks.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
