Service Technician
Basic Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £49,850 (performance-based: efficiency & team profit)
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (rota including weekends)

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join a high-performing aftersales team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality servicing and maintenance work, working to manufacturer standards, and developing their technical expertise - including electric and hybrid vehicle technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work across a range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Complete routine servicing as well as more involved mechanical work, including timing belt and component replacements
Perform electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) and provide clear, accurate reports
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and right first time
Accurately complete digital job cards and service records in line with compliance requirements
Work collaboratively with workshop control and service teams to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
IMI / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Proven experience as a Service Technician within a professional workshop environment
Strong mechanical skills with a consistent, quality-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
MOT Licence desirable (training available if required)
A proactive attitude towards ongoing training and career development
