Vehicle Technician Vacancy In Newbury

 Our prestigious client, a well-established worldwide leading brand, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their premium dealership in Newbury. This role is ideal for experienced automotive professionals committed to delivering exceptional service standards within a reputable and well-supported environment.
 
Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician:

Competitive basic salary up to £35,000
OTE £45,000 including performance-based bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 5pm
Saturday mornings on a 1 in 5 rota (8am – 1pm)
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job stability and a supportive team environmentDuties of the Vehicle Technician:

Conducting service checks and repairs with precision
Performing diagnostic tests to identify faults
Carrying out Vehicle Preparation Inspection (PDI) work
Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and quality
Maintaining high levels of professionalism and adherence to workshop procedures
Assisting with other workshop tasks as requested to support team operationsRequirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Motivated to expand technical skills and knowledge
Ability to work effectively within a team
Committed to maintaining workshop standards and safety protocols
