Our client, a well-established main dealership specialising in passenger cars in Truro, Cornwall, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a reputable and forward-thinking dealership, offering a supportive environment and genuine career development prospects.
Benefits of the Vehicle Technician role:
Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum
OTE of approximately £36,000, including performance bonuses
Monday to Friday working week
One in four Saturday mornings, 8am to 1pm, with salary included for Saturday work

Servicing and repairing a variety of passenger vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conducting diagnostics and fault analyses efficiently
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Completing documentation, reports, and warranty claims accurately
Working towards workshop targets in a timely manner
Contributing to team efforts and promoting a positive working environmentRequirements for the Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 qualified automotive technician
Minimum of two years’ workshop experience in a dealership or similar environment
Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Motivated to deliver excellent customer service
