We are working with a reputable, franchise-approved dealership in the Hereford region to recruit a talented Vehicle Technician. Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
Accurately identify faults and report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance issues to the Service Manager
Ensure adherence to quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines at all times
Maintain high standards of workmanship within a franchise-approved environment
Work efficiently to meet team targets and deadlines as a Vehicle Technician
Keep detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and inspections
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
At least one to two years' technical experience within a franchise dealership (preferred but not essential)
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Motivated individual with a professional attitude and good attention to detail
