Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's reputable main dealer group in Brighton, East Sussex.

Diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment
Carrying out routine services and repairs to manufacturer standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment following health and safety regulations
Liaising with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
Completing service documentation accurately, including electronic job sheets and reports
Supporting and mentoring team members to uphold high-quality standards
Continuing professional development through manufacturer training, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
Ensuring work is completed within specified deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanshipRequirements:

Relevant NVQ or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
Experience in a main dealer environment is highly desirable
Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern vehicle systems
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
