Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable car specialist garage in Ashtead for the position of Vehicle Technician. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals to develop their careers within a well-established workshop environment.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, with no weekend work

Opportunity to work with a trusted, specialist garage known for quality serviceDuties of the Vehicle Technician:

Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
Perform diagnostics to identify faults efficiently and accurately
Complete all relevant documentation accurately and in adherence to health and safety regulations
Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with additional mechanical and technical repairs as required
Uphold high safety standards and ensure workshop cleanliness and organisationRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role within a busy workshop
Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
