Job Description

We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established independent VAG specialist in Warwick. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking long-term career development within a reputable and supportive environment. The role is ideally suited to individuals with strong technical skills and a background in VAG vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Benefits:

Basic salary up to £37,500, dependent on experience
Potential OTE (On Target Earnings) up to £45,500 through monthly performance bonuses
Just Monday to Friday working hours, with one in four Saturdays

Modern equipment and facilities
Monthly bonus historically averaging around £8,000 per yearDuties of a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct servicing and routine vehicle maintenance
Diagnose and fault-find electrical and mechanical issues
Carry out brake, suspension, and tyre repairs
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and conduct MOT inspections (if qualified)
Perform repairs efficiently, maintaining high standards of workmanship
Provide excellent customer service within a busy workshop environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet workshop targetsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
VAG experience is highly advantageous
Confident in diagnostics and fault-finding procedures
MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential
