Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our reputable client in Braintree, Essex, is currently looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy team. This role offers excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and the chance to develop your career within a well-established dealership environment.

Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,480 per year
Competitive basic salary between £34,000 and £37,000
Productive bonus scheme including £3,000 productivity bonus and additional time saved incentives

40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturday mornings
Supportive team environment with clear career progression pathwaysDuties of the Vehicle Technician:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer’s specifications
Conducting pre- and post-vehicle service checks and diagnostics
Accurately completing service documentation and reports
Identifying vehicle faults and discussing findings with customers
Ensuring high levels of quality and customer satisfactionRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
