VEHICLE TECHNICIAN 
Location: Stockport 
Salary: £31,500 Basic Salary | OTE £46,000 
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

THE ROLE 
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. 
Key responsibilities include: 
·Carrying out servicing and maintenance work 
·Completing mechanical repairs and defined assembly operations 
·Diagnosing faults where required 
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards 
·Accurately documenting completed service and repair work 
·Maintaining high levels of efficiency without compromising quality 
·Working closely with the wider workshop team 
·Providing excellent technical support and customer service 
  
ABOUT YOU 
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: 
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) 
·At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry 
·Strong mechanical and technical skills 
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential 
·Own tools and toolbox 
·A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic 
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship 
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks) 
·Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available) 
Alternative job titles may include: Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Car Mechanic.
