Basic salary from £32,000, dependent on experience
Realistic OTE up to £60,000 including bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, with a 1-in-4 Saturday rota (8:00 am – 1:00 pm)

Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on various vehicle makes and models
Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer standards and quality guidelines
Effectively communicate vehicle findings and repair needs to customers
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
Work efficiently to meet deadlines whilst upholding high standards of workmanship
Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to team objectivesRequirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
Full professional qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
