Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established prestige main dealer in Ipswich for the position of Vehicle Technician. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join a reputable employer known for its supportive environment and career development prospects. The Vehicle Technician will be an integral part of a busy dealership, providing expert technical services and exceptional customer care.

Duties:
  * Conduct MOT tests and diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer standards
  * Perform routine servicing and repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
  * Maintain precise service records and documentation
  * Support and mentor less experienced team members
  * Uphold the highest standards of health and safety and vehicle care
  * Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Requirements:
  * Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
  * MOT Tester certification is essential
  * Master Technician or equivalent experience highly desirable
  * Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  * Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  * Ability to work efficiently within a busy dealership environment
