We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established garage in Christchurch to fill the position of Vehicle Technician. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults accurately and efficiently
Provide clear, detailed reports to customers regarding work carried out
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Assist with technical training sessions as required
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all timesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or higher in Vehicle Services
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues effectively
Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering first-class service
Flexible attitude towards overtime and weekend availability
