Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum
Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays mornings

Opportunity to specialise in Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and MOT testingDuties:

Performing vehicle servicing and repairs adhering to brand technical standards
Ensuring work complies with dealership processes and procedures
Communicating effectively with customers regarding repairs and work completed
Supporting and mentoring junior technicians and apprentices
Attending regular training sessions to stay updated with technical developments
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all timesRequirements:

Relevant Level 3 qualifications such as NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent
Previous workshop experience within a franchised dealership
Strong team-working skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to plan, organise workload, and meet deadlines
MOT certification and experience with vans are advantageous but not essential
