Job Title: Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £36,000 (dependent on qualifications, accreditations & skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Saturdays on a rota basis
About the Role:
Our client, a respected main dealership in Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy service department. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards expected of a Vehicle Technician.
Ensure all work is completed according to dealership standards and procedures – a key part of the Vehicle Technician role.
Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently, showcasing your expertise as a Vehicle Technician.
Complete vehicle health checks and ensure high levels of safety and compliance as a professional Vehicle Technician.
Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to maintain a productive and professional environment for every Vehicle Technician.Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – a must for any Vehicle Technician.
Experience: At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic, ideally in a dealership environment.
