Job Description
Be Personnel are very excited to be recruiting 3 x Vehicle Technicians on behalf of our client based within the Falkirk area.
Our client a leading vehicle sales and manufacturer have an exciting new fully refurbished workshop, with this expansion comes the need for additional staffing.
Do not worry if you are not a fully Qualified Technician our client is happy to give you the skills! You may be a 3rd year apprentice looking for a permanent role, a fast-fit technician looking to move into a Dealership or a Master Technician looking for your next role our client will have something to suit.
The successful candidates will benefit from the fantastic developmental opportunities within the company and the investment of time and money to help you progress in your vehicle maintenance career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine services like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
* Inspect and test key vehicle systems (steering, suspension, exhaust, etc.).
* Follow manufacturer maintenance schedules
* Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
* Conduct safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet legal standards.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation for repairs.
* Operate and maintain shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Work with other technicians and staff to ensure timely service
* Assist junior mechanics and participate in team meetings.
Key Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence
* A desire to produce work to the highest standard
* Qualified or Part Qualified mechanic
* Desire to learn, grow and develop
Hours Of Work:
Our client offers a range of shift patterns, so if you like a standard Monday to Friday, or prefer to start early and leave early, or maybe you want to condense your hours into 4 days, all options will be considered. 42.5 hours/week
