Vehicle Technician - Swindon
Basic Salary: £27000 to £40000 with OTE
Full Time: 40 Hours
Welcome Bonus: New Technicians eligible for bonuses totalling £1,500*

Perform vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Conduct vehicle inspections to assess wear, damage, and necessary repairs
Provide technical advice to customers
Ensure excellent customer service and drive repeat business
Collaborate with the service team for smooth workflow
Support and guide fellow TechniciansWhat You Need:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet efficiency targets
MOT licence is a plus, but not required
