£30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus
Braintree
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am-12pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled vehicle technician to join a Motor Trade main dealer group in Braintree. Our client is seeking an experienced individual who is fully qualified and has the necessary expertise to excel in this role. Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Speaking with customers and providing your technical opinion.
* Supporting and tutoring the team, mentoring the apprentices on site.
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of all your work.
* Communicating with both the Service Reception team and Workshop Control team.
* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Your Background & Skill:
* Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
* Strong communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
