Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership – Shrewsbury
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications & skills)
Bonus: Uncapped bonus scheme + 3-month guaranteed bonus upon joining
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Optional: 42.5-hour week and flexible 4-day working week available – subject to discussion at interview

We are currently recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established main dealership in Shrewsbury. If you're an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for career progression, manufacturer training, and excellent earning potential, this is the ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
The Vehicle Technician will perform routine maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs
Diagnose faults across mechanical and electrical systems
Complete all work as a Vehicle Technician to manufacturer and dealership standards
Ensure accurate completion of job cards and service reportsMinimum Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair – essential for any Vehicle Technician role
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or car mechanic
Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred for this Vehicle Technician vacancy
