Vehicle Technician
Salary: £33,000 - £44,000 basic (DOE) + realistic OTE £50,000 - £58,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00
Location: Main dealership, Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Basic salary from £33k to £44k (depending on experience)
OTE between £50k - £58k (last year's workshop bonus alone averaged £11,200 per technician)

What we're looking for
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience working on high-performance or prestige vehicles (desirable)
A team player who delivers quality work consistently
Full UK driving licence
