Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Basic up to £40,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and accreditations)
OTE: Up to £60,000 with uncapped performance-based bonus scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Saturdays on a rota basis
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
About the Role:
We are working with a well-established main dealership in Stoke-on-Trent seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who wants to progress their career with a respected employer offering manufacturer training, long-term development, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs as a Vehicle Technician on a variety of vehicles
Diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs efficiently as a qualified Vehicle Technician
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards expected from a professional Vehicle Technician
Work collaboratively with colleagues and service advisors to deliver excellent customer serviceMinimum Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – essential for a Vehicle Technician
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
Previous main dealership experience as a Vehicle Technician is preferred
Full UK driving licence required for the Vehicle Technician roleBenefits:
