Location: Bedford
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE (Realistic earnings up to £60,000+)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays
Bonus: Attractive signing-on bonus available for the successful candidate
About the Role
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestige main dealer in Bedford who are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their successful and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium brand, in a state-of-the-art workshop, with full manufacturer training and ongoing career development.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to the highest standards.
*
Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
*
Perform road tests and quality checks.
*
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining the dealer’s reputation for excellence.
*
Work collaboratively with the Service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
What’s on Offer

Basic salary of £30,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience).
*
Uncapped bonus scheme – realistic OTE up to £60,000+.
*
Signing-on bonus.
*
Monday–Friday working hours (8:30am–5:00pm).
*
1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis.

Manufacturer training and accreditation.
*

About You
*
Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
*
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or independent workshop.
*
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
*
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
*
