Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a dealership located in Croydon.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
Basic salary up to £34,000, with OTE reaching £37,500
Sign-On Bonus: £1,500 including: £750 on joining, £250 upon brand accreditation & £500 after 12 months of service
Additional basic pay per month for MOT-qualified technicians
Company Car Scheme: Access up to two company-branded vehicles, including insurance, servicing, breakdown, and tyre cover
Performance-based bonuses and rewards
Generous pension contributions up to 7%
42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota
Holidays starting at 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service
Additional employee benefits including discount portal, employee assistance programme, occupational health support, personal accident insurance, and moreDuties include but are not limited to:
Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
MOT Testing
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standardsRequirements:
A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
Dedicated and committed approach.
Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
Your own Vehicle Technician toolsThe salary of this role is up to £34000 basic with OTE of £37500.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota.
