Vehicle Technician – Main Dealer
Manchester | £30,000+ (DOE) + Bonus (£8k+ OTE)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our established main dealer team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected brand, within a busy workshop of 9 experienced technicians, where your skills and commitment will be well rewarded.
What’s on Offer:

Basic Salary: From £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience & qualifications)

Bonus Scheme: On average £8,000+ per year, based on productivity
*
Hours:
*
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
*
1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:30pm (paid as overtime)
*
Ongoing manufacturer training and career development
*
Supportive team environment within a main dealer network
The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
*
Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work to manufacturer standards
*
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
*
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
*
Working collaboratively with the existing team of 9 technicians
About You:
*
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*
Previous experience within a main dealer or independent workshop
*
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
*
A full UK driving licence
