An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within an independent garage located in York.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
A good basic salary without the need to worry about bonus - up to £37,440 depending on skill level.
Additional centre performance bonus.
NO WEEKENDS
Work alongside your management team on a day-to-day basis.

All your breaks are paid for with this position, which is unheard of at most places.Duties:
Be strong on all elements of mechanical repair
Carrying out service checks
Good use of diagnostics
Mechanical Repair work on passenger cars
Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is always maintained
Carry out other duties as requested - working closely as a team

A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
A Current and Valid UK Driving License

Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
Your own Vehicle Technician toolsThe salary of this role is up to £37,440 basic with OTE of £40,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30.
