Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Prestige Vehicle Workshop, located in Ashford, Kent.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
Basic Salary: £40,000
On Target Earnings: £42,000 – £44,000
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:30

Work on a variety of unique, fascinating vehicles in a well-equipped workshop, including star diagnostic tools, 2 x 2-post ramps, 2 x 4-post ramps, and scissors lifts
Enjoy a supportive, close-knit team environment, minus private work during hours, with opportunity to do personal projects in your free time.Duties include but are not limited to:
Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
MOT Testing
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standardsRequirements:
A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Prior experience within a Mercedes-Benz environment is advantageous.
A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
Dedicated and committed approach.
Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
Your own Vehicle Technician toolsThe salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic with OTE of £44,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:30.
