About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop team. You’ll be servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to the high standards our customers expect. MOT testing is a bonus, but not essential — training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs (mechanical & electrical)
*
Use diagnostic tools to identify and correct faults
*
Carry out vehicle inspections and health checks
*
Road test vehicles to ensure repairs are complete and correct
*
Ensure work meets manufacturer / company standards and safety regulations
*
Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient working environment
What We Want in You
*
NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
*
Proven experience as a technician on cars and possibly vans
*
MOT licence is desirable (not essential)
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Good communication & customer service skills
*
Self-motivated, reliable, and keen to learn new technology
Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £30,000 – £36,000 per year (dependant on skill and experience)
*
On-target earnings (OTE) can take you up to £45,000+ with additional payments / overtime
*
