Our client, a well-established family-owned car workshop group, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team at their modern, all makes and models workshop in Cranleigh. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in a rapidly expanding business known for delivering excellent automotive services across Surrey. Competitive salary up to £42,000 basic plus £4,000 profit-share bonus (with potential to increase)
Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekends required

Performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults accurately
Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and meets customer expectations
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
Communicating technical information clearly to team members and customers when needed
Completing job cards and service records accurately and promptlyRequirements:
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with experience working on different vehicles
Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Full valid UK driving license
