Vehicle Technician
Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, No Weekends!
Basic Salary of £40,000 + Bonus!

Tunbridge Wells Area
An established and reputable independent garage in the Tunbridge Wells area is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join its close-knit, professional team.
This is a business that values quality workmanship, a straightforward approach, and takes genuine pride in looking after both staff and customers.
With a well-equipped workshop, varied work across different makes and models, and a friendly, supportive environment, this is an ideal opportunity for a dependable “nuts and bolts” technician looking for a long-term home.
Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair
* Undertake mechanical work including brakes, suspension, cam/timing, and general repair tasks
* Diagnose faults and perform accurate, efficient repairs
* Maintain high workshop standards and ensure all work is completed safely and correctly
* Keep accurate service and repair documentation
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified vehicle technician
* Broad mechanical knowledge and practical diagnostic ability
* Capable of working independently and as part of a small team
* Reliable, methodical, and committed to quality workmanship
* Full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: Up to £40,000 basic
* Bonus: £3,000 per year, paid quarterly
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week)
* Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays
* Benefits: No weekend work, well-maintained workshop, supportive and professional team
