Vehicle Technician (Level 3) - Dealership
Location: Wantage
Salary: £30,000 £40,000 per year + commission + bonus (dependant on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership based in Wantage. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to progress within a well-established and supportive team environment.
The role offers a competitive salary, bonus and reward scheme, and opportunities for ongoing manufacturer training including MOT Test qualification. Flexible working hours can also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality maintenance, servicing, repairs, and warranty work on customer vehicles;
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards;
Record detailed information on completed work and parts used;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop area, complying with all health and safety requirements;
Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues where needed;
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company's professional reputation.
Candidate Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair;
MOT Tester certification (or willingness to obtain);
Strong diagnostic and technical ability;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team;
Full UK driving licence.
