💰 £38,000 Basic + £8,000–£15,000 OTE

We’re working with a prestigious Porsche dealership looking to add a talented Vehicle Technician to their high-performing workshop.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premium brand where your skills are genuinely rewarded, with strong earning potential and structured career progression.

What’s on offer:

  * £35,000 basic salary (Service Tech level)

  * Diagnostic Technicians earning £38,000–£45,000 (depending on qualifications)

  * Realistic OTE of £8,000–£15,000+

  * 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at overtime rate

  * Ongoing training & manufacturer accreditation

  * Clear pathway into Diagnostic/Master Tech roles

What we’re looking for:

  * Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)

  * Diagnostic experience highly desirable (or keen to progress into it)

  * Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  * Full UK driving licence
