Job Description
Job Title: Field Service Vending Engineer
Location: South East (with London weighting allowance)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + London Weighting
Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Vending Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing vending equipment across the South East region, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a range of vending machines.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure all service calls are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Deliver excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Vending Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
