Vendor Planner Manufacturing Logistics
Location: Pyms Lane, Crewe, CW1 3PL (Hybrid: 3 days office-based)
Contract: Full-time, until December 2027

Role Overview
As a Vendor Planner , you'll manage supplier delivery schedules and internal part shortages, ensuring a stable supply chain to support production targets. Reporting to the Functional Manager - Vendor Planning, your key responsibilities include:
Issuing accurate schedules to suppliers aligned with production plans and inventory targets
Identifying supply risks using SAP and supplier feedback, and coordinating corrective actions across Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality
Monitoring supplier performance via SAP and Tableau, escalating issues when needed
Maintaining KPIs and reporting supplier status and inventory levels to senior management
Resolving SAP schedule anomalies in collaboration with Tech Support, EDI, and Production ControlAbout the Team
Join a fast-paced, collaborative team central to Bentley's manufacturing success. You'll help drive our Beyond100 strategy through efficient inventory management, supplier performance, and freight budget adherence.
Your Profile
Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving part shortages
Skilled in SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Background in time-critical logistics environments and standards like TS16949
Planning experience in production or manufacturing
Experience of working with internal customers, Production, Quality and material handling to support part shortage requirements for weekly car sales.
