Salary/Benefits: £25k - £37k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for a Ventilation CAD Technician to join a busy building services specialist. Applicants must have some knowledge of Ventilation / Heating / Ductwork and will have proven experience of using AutoCAD to produce accurate drawings and schematics. You will be based out of their office in the North West of England, so candidates will need to be within a commutable distance. The company is a well-established outfit who have a national presence. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a CAD Technician within a Ventilation / Heating / Ductwork company
- Strong experience of using AutoCAD and Revit
- Some knowledge of the ventilation / ductwork systems
- Able to manage own workload effectively
- Eye for detail
- Good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
The Role:
- Using AutoCAD to produce site-specific drawings and schematics of duct, ventilation and HVAC systems
- Interpreting client site specifications
- Working in accordance with ISO (phone number removed)
- Adhering to personal targets and deadlines
- Prioritising own workload in order to work efficiently
- Attending meetings to discuss projects
- Maintaining high standards of work
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to complete projects
