Ventilation Construction Manager – Frankfurt – Data Centre Build
Join the site leadership team in Frankfurt as Ventilation Construction Manager, overseeing day-to-day ductwork and ventilation system installation. You’ll manage contractor teams, enforce high safety and QA standards, and coordinate programme delivery in critical live zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily installation of ductwork and HVAC components across designated zones.
* Coordinate work permits, installation sequences, and issue resolution.
* Review RAMS, method statements, and ensure compliance with spec and design.
Requirements:
* Experience managing ventilation installs on technical or mission-critical projects.
* Knowledge of clean build principles and airflow requirements in data centres.
* EU passport preferred due to site compliance and travel requirements.
Package:
* €90,000 - €100,000 + €1,500 net per month allowances
* Full travel, accommodation, and 17/4 rotation packageBefore You Apply
