Are you customer-obsessed with a passion for people, live music, and top-notch hospitality? The iconic Live Lounge Cardiff is on the lookout for a Daytime Venue Manager to lead our daytime operations and help us stand out in a competitive city-centre scene.
Just steps from Cardiff Castle, we’re a local legend known for our great food, drinks, and live music—7 days a week. We need someone who lives and breathes hospitality, knows how to create a vibrant atmosphere, and can keep things smooth, fun, and inclusive for both guests and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the face of the venue – lead from the front with a customer-first mindset
* Oversee all day-to-day operations and daytime team leadership
* Drive sales, service and quality standards while delivering an unforgettable experience
* Build strong customer relationships and support a positive team culture
* Contribute creatively to make the venue truly stand out
* Our daytime team comprises of 2 venue managers to effectively operate 7 days per week, so a collaborative approach to leading the team is essential!
What You’ll Get
* £31,000 – £35,000 salary
* 4 daytime shifts per week (9am–7pm).
