Are you a dynamic, hands-on production professional with a passion for delivering exceptional live experiences? We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the technical planning and execution of a wide-ranging portfolio of high-profile, high-impact events. From corporate summits and political forums to immersive hybrid experiences, you'll ensure each event is flawlessly delivered - safely, efficiently, and memorably. This role is safety-critical and falls under enhanced compliance standards in line with our Group Safety Operational Policies. 🎬 Event Planning & Delivery Lead on technical design and production for a variety of live, virtual, and hybrid events. Conduct thorough feasibility reviews and oversee the safe integration of event elements. Collaborate closely with Event Managers, technical teams, and clients to shape production layouts and ensure regulatory compliance. Be present for key site visits, pre-production meetings, and live events to provide hands-on leadership.🛡️ Health & Safety Own the development and management of all event-related H&S documentation. Drive compliance with emergency protocols and event-specific safety procedures. Apply training (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH) to uphold best-in-class safety standards across all projects.💰 Financial Accountability Manage technical budgets and staffing allocations efficiently. Track and reconcile all event production costs, ensuring timely invoicing. Identify upsell opportunities to enhance event impact and client value.💡 Technical Leadership Specify and coordinate AV, rigging, lighting, and staging needs. Partner with creative teams to push boundaries and elevate the attendee experience. Balance technical, operational, and client priorities seamlessly.🤝 Team & Culture Act as a role model and mentor, supporting the growth and development of your team. Champion a collaborative, solutions-focused culture. Share knowledge and insights to foster innovation and continuous improvement.What Success Looks Like Effective event budget management and cost control Strong internal relationships and cross-functional collaboration Leadership in health, safety, and delivery excellenceWhat You'll Bring ✅ Essential Proven experience in managing diverse technical event formats Deep understanding of AV, lighting, rigging, and event production Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills Strong grasp of health & safety practices and documentation Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-led approach⭐ Desirable Background in a venue or production agency environment Proficiency in event CAD software (AutoCAD preferred) IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or a willingness to attain certification Financial literacy with an eye for event profitability
