Client Care Advisor
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + benefits

We’re looking for a Client Care Advisor—our version of a receptionist—to join our welcoming team. You’ll be the first voice on the phone and the first smile our clients see, creating a calm and confident environment for pets and their people.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a small-animal veterinary practice
*
Excellent communication skills and native-level English
*
Strong organisational ability with great attention to detail
*
Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
*
Compassionate and professional with clients and colleagues
*
Confident using practice management systems and IT tools
*
A genuine love of animals and the people who care for them
Your Day-to-Day
*
Welcome clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
*
Manage phones, emails, and appointment bookings
*
Support clients through check-in, payment, and follow-up
*
Keep patient records accurate and organised
*
Work closely with vets and nurses to keep the day running smoothly
*
Maintain a tidy, inviting reception and waiting area
