We're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Engagement Officer (Cantonese skills a bonus!) to join our team working across the West Midlands.
πΌ The Role
This is a part-time, temporary role (30 hours per week until March 2026) where you'll:
Visit sex work locations to engage and support women π΅οΈββοΈ
Provide direct support for victims π€
Work closely with police and partner agencies π
Contribute to international projects tackling human trafficking ππ What we're looking for:
Strong English & Mandarin language skills (Cantonese desirable) π£οΈ
Empathy, resilience, and the ability to build trust π¬
Experience working with vulnerable people (an advantage) ππ The details:
Salary: Β£24,478.40 pro rata (Β£30,348 FTE)
Contract: Until March 2026
Hours: 30 per week
