Video Surveyor – Office-Based (Air Conditioning)
📍 Location: Farnham, UK (hybrid available after onboarding)
💰 Salary: £25,000–£30,000 basic + commission (OTE up to £60,000)
🕒 Hours: Full-time
📅 Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for someone with technical air conditioning knowledge to step away from the tools and into a more customer-facing, office-based role.
As a Video Surveyor, you'll conduct remote surveys using video platforms such as FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Teams. You’ll assess domestic properties, discuss requirements with the customer, provide accurate quotes, and work to secure the sale.
This role suits either a former air conditioning engineer looking for a change of pace or someone with solid technical knowledge of AC systems and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct video surveys for air conditioning installations
*
Provide customers with tailored quotes based on survey findings
*
Clearly explain product features, pricing, and installation benefits
*
Follow up on quotes via email and calls to close sales
*
Maintain detailed survey notes and CRM updates
Ideal Candidate:

Background in air conditioning (installation, servicing, or quoting)
*
Strong understanding of domestic AC systems
*
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
*
Comfortable using video call platforms and email-based sales
*
Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn internal systems
*
Hybrid working available once up to speed
