An award winning Estate agency in Orpington is looking for a Part Time Viewing Assistant !
My client is looking for a Viewing assistant to join their busy Sales team in Orpington, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and would will suit a confident, organised individual with a passion for property and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities as a Viewing guide
* Liaising with the Sales team
* Showing potential buyers around properties
* Providing excellent customer service
* Providing feedback to Sellers
Candidate Profile:
* Confident, diligent, and highly organised
* Excellent attention to detail and strong report-writing skills
* Capable of working independently and managing appointments effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Punctual and reliable with a professional approach
* Previous experience in property or residential maintenance is desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with the Orpington and Surrounding areas would be ideal
Requirements:
* Full clean UK driving licence
Hours of Work
* 24 Hours a week
* Saturdays 9am-5pm
* 2 days in the week (can be flexible) 9am - 6pm
Salary
* £15 per hour
