Virtual Care Advisor
Location: Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury, SY3 8HQ
Salary: £13.90 per hour PAYE.
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm with 30 minute unpaid break.
Duration: Temporary basis, 3-month temporary contract with potential for fixed-term opportunity.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our Client, Shropshire Council, for a dedicated individuals to join our pioneering Virtual Care Delivery Service, which uses Technology Enabled Care (TEC) to provide remote support to clients across the region.
What You'll Do:
Deliver scheduled remote video care calls to individuals, promoting independence and wellbeing.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and prompt daily tasks such as mealtimes, personal care, and medication.
Monitor TEC systems and dashboards to ensure prompt acknowledgements and escalate concerns appropriately.
Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions using our designated system.
Provide consistently excellent customer service and contribute to a supportive virtual care environment.
What We're Looking For:
Relevant previous care experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant.
Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships and provide empathetic support remotely.
Demonstrates strong understanding of confidentiality, with a friendly, welcoming, and professional approach.
