Salary up to €42,000 + Bonus
To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience leading a retail or Visual Merchandising team and be fully flexile throughout both the week and weekends.

We're recruiting a talented Head of Visual Merchandising to join a leading trend-led fashion retailer and shape the visual direction across a dynamic retail estate.
As Head of Visual Merchandising, you'll lead the visual strategy, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure every store delivers an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. You'll work closely with senior leadership to bring the latest trends to life and maintain consistently high visual standards.

Head Of Visual Merchandising responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the overall visual merchandising strategy across all stores.
Lead, coach, and develop the Visual Merchandising team to drive high performance.
Ensure brand standards and visual guidelines are consistently executed across the retail estate.
Create inspiring seasonal and promotional visual concepts that drive customer engagement and sales.
Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail Operations to deliver commercial campaigns.
Analyse sales performance and customer trends to optimise product placement and store layouts.
Oversee new store openings, refits, relocations, and concept launches.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging fashion, design, and retail trends.
Conduct regular store visits to review standards, provide coaching, and ensure compliance.
Develop visual merchandising guidelines, training materials, and best practices.
Use commercial insights and KPI analysis to measure the impact of visual merchandising initiatives.
