VNA Driver

 Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for VNA Drivers to work out of their client based in Stoke on Trent.

 For this VNA Driver role, you will be responsible for:

Operating a Very Narrow Aisle Truck (VNA) safely and efficiently to transport goods within the warehouse or distribution centre
Load, unload, and move stock to designated locations in line with operational requirements
Pick and prepare orders accurately using picking lists, scanners, or voice systems
Ensure goods are handled with care to prevent damage during transit
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including walkways and storage areas
Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements
Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and general warehouse duties when required
Follow all health & safety procedures, including safe operating practices and manual handling guidelines
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
 For this VNA Driver role, you will need:

Previous experience operating a Very Narrow Aisle Truck (VNA) is essential with Licence
Valid PPT licence or certification (external) is essential
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and completing tasks
Ability to work at pace while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Basic understanding of warehouse systems such as scanners or pick sheets
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks where required

 Details of this VNA Driver role:

Warehouse-based role with varying temperatures depending on environment.
May involve lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods.
Working either Sunday to Thursday 20:30 – 05:00 or Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:30
Potential Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Pay is: Days - £12.71PH, Noons - £12.90PH, Nights - £13.68PH
