Job Description
Looking for a role that offers stability, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment? We’re recruiting experienced VNA Drivers for a well-established and growing warehouse operation in the Foston area.
You’ll be responsible for safe, accurate, and efficient movement of stock in a modern warehouse environment, working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and high-quality service to customers.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Valid external VNA licence (minimum 6 months’ operating experience – no in-house licences accepted)
Previous warehouse experience with solid understanding of safe handling and storage practices
Ability to follow set processes consistently, even under pressure
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues across departments
High levels of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
Resilient and dependable with a strong work ethic
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently (external licence required)
Handling incoming goods, storage, and despatch in line with daily plans
Conducting inventory checks, cycle counts, and supporting query resolution
Loading and unloading materials safely and accurately
Maintaining high standards of stock management and quality control
Adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times
Contributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes
Working as part of a collaborative team on a 4-on-4-off shift rotation covering days and nights

Competitive pay rates: £13.45 – £14.45 per hour
