Shift Patterns:
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Start Date: Monday, 7th July 2025
About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated VNA and Reach Truck Drivers to join our client's dynamic warehouse team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity to become a vital part of a fast-paced and efficient logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating VNA and Reach trucks safely and efficiently for the storage and retrieval of goods in narrow aisles and at height.
* Operating PPTs for the movement of pallets and goods within the warehouse.
* Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling of goods.
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
* Assisting with goods in and quality control procedures.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Valid and current VNA licence is essential.
* Valid and current Reach Truck licence is essential
* Proven experience operating PPTs.
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A strong commitment to health and safety.
* Reliable and punctual.
