Our client is now looking for an experienced VRV Technician to join their growing team and support their continued commitment to excellence.
The Role:
As a VRV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing advanced Mitsubishi and Daikin VRV/VRF systems. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities of the VRV Technician:
* Diagnose faults using manufacturer-specific tools and software
* Analyse fault codes and system data to identify root causes
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) according to manufacturer and industry standards
* Carry out repairs including component replacements, leak detection, and refrigerant charging
* Maintain accurate documentation and service records
* Provide technical support to clients and guidance to colleagues
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies
What We’re Looking For in a VRV Technician:
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
* F-Gas certification (essential)
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Mitsubishi and Daikin VRV/VRF systems
* Proficiency in using manufacturer service tools and diagnostic software
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude
* Full UK driving licence
