Job Description
Class 1 Wagon & Drag Driver (Nights) – Mossend, Scotland
Flexible People Ltd are currently seeking a Class 1 Wagon & Drag Driver for night shifts based in Mossend, Scotland.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading multi-national organisation, with potential for long-term career growth. Successful applicants will complete a driving assessment and a short multiple-choice exam on the Highway Code and Tachograph Regulations, followed by an induction the next day.
Job Details:

Shift: Nights, 20:00 – 05:00
*
Schedule: 5 or 6 shifts per week (including weekends)
*
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
*
Start Date: Immediate (post-assessment and induction)
*
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
*
Night trunking operations
*
Delivering 7.5t box trailers to depots within the network
*
Ensuring timely and safe deliveries
*
Completing all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks
Requirements:
*
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
*
Experience with Wagon & Drag preferred
*
Up-to-date CPC and Digi Tacho Card
*
Solid understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
*
Reliable and flexible with working patterns
Driving Assessment:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a driving assessment on Wednesday, 23rd October at 08:00, with immediate training for successful applicants.
