Job Description
Sliver service waiter/ess required for a classical french restaurant. This restaurant is really classical regarding the style of food and they do silver service of the dishes. The restaurant is busy and has a really good local repeat business of customers. This is very classical style and you will need to understand the french produce. £35K-£40K, 5DAYS PER WEEK (Tues-Sat) Straight shifts, 48hours
The role
As a silver service waiter/ess you will prep the restaurant, you will ensure your tables are ready for service and set up correctly. You will ensure your guests in your section are served correctly, that you answer any questions on the french classics they might have. You will in service take the plates to the guests and then take the food item on a serving plate and silver serve the items to the guests. This role will include all the standard silver service waiter/ess duties you would expect in this type of restaurant.
Experience
We are looking for a silver service waiter from a restaurant background that has done silver service, you will have a good knowledge of classic french dishes and be able to serve customers in the silver service way.
